Home Video

We represent home video distribution companies, as well as clients involved in the film, television and music industries who license properties for home video exploitation. The home video world represents a hybrid of various industries. For example, it most closely resembles the record industry in its distribution systems and royalty payment structures. And, insofar as content goes, the resemblance is closer to motion pictures and television. As the marketplaces of home video distribution, non-theatrical exploitation, internet and new media delivery, record distribution and theatrical film exhibition increasingly overlap, our expertise in distribution and licensing, both in records and audiovisual areas, helps us formulate the appropriate types of contractual arrangements for our clients.
