Even within the same company, financial packages and other benefits may differ depending on the division involved. We also bring to negotiations knowledge of sophisticated equity and quasi-equity incentive arrangements, which informs our negotiation of awards of restricted stock, stock options, profits interests, royalties, and special bonus award formulas.
