Neil Rosini spoke at a meeting of the Association of Authors' Representatives on January 18 about the mechanisms for terminating grants of rights under the U.S. Copyright Act.  His talk focused on the dates of copyrights and of agreements with particular relevance to the exercise of termination rights in 2012.
