Ben’s work at the firm encompasses a broad range of transactions relating to film, television, theater, book publishing, music and digital media. Clients also benefit from his prior experience with real estate financing and non-profit law.
Before coming to the firm, Ben practiced commercial real estate law at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP. In law school, Ben was a staff editor for the NYU Journal of Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law and wrote his note on blanket licensing and the use of music in political campaigns. At NYU, Ben was also an active member of the Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law Society and provided choreography and played guitar in the pit band for the NYU Law Revue.
Ben is a member of the American Bar Association as well as the Entertainment and Sports Law Section of the New York State Bar Association. He has written News and Developments articles published online by the American Bar Association as well as articles about legal issues in sports as a guest contributor for Sports Agent Blog.
