Heather's practice focuses on the areas of theatre, television and film. She has represented a wide range of clients, including authors in motion picture and television rights agreements; Broadway and Off-Broadway producers in connection with all aspects of their stage productions; and production companies in the development and production of television programs.

Prior to starting law school, Heather lived in Tokyo for two years where she taught English.  She speaks survival Japanese and conversational Spanish.

Heather received her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law in 2001, where she was a Stone Scholar, and her B.A. degree in International Relations from Brown University. She became a member of the New York State Bar in 2002.  She is currently a member of the New York State Bar Association.
